服务条款
Effective 27 October 2026. By using HIVOXTOK you agree to these terms.
1. 服务
HIVOXTOK 是由 HiroArt（“我们”）运营的通信服务。我们以免费、无广告的形式提供该服务，包括 Android 和 Windows 应用，以及 HIVOXTOK Web 客户端。
2. 谁可以使用 HIVOXTOK
使用 HIVOXTOK 须年满 18 周岁。注册时请提供有效邮箱。您需对设备安全、恢复代码及账户访问负责。
3. 可接受使用
您不得使用 HIVOXTOK 进行以下操作：
- 违反法律，或分享非法内容或剥削儿童的内容，
- 骚扰、威胁、欺诈或向他人发送垃圾信息，
- 传播恶意软件，干扰或使服务过载，或绕过其安全机制，
- 冒充任何人。
Zero tolerance. HIVOXTOK has zero tolerance for objectionable content (hate, harassment, violence, non-consensual nudity or sexual content, fraud, spam) and for abusive users. You can report inappropriate content and users (on a message, in a user's profile or in group info) or block them right in the app. Because messages are end-to-end encrypted, a report sends moderators only the text of the messages you choose.
4. 您的内容
您发送的内容归您所有。由于采用端到端加密，我们无法读取。您仅授予我们传输和送达所需权限。
5. 暂停与终止
You can delete your account at any time right in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account). We review every report within 24 hours: we remove objectionable content for everyone and warn, block or close the account of the user who posted it, with or without prior notice. You can contact moderation at info@hivox.cz.
6. 可用性与责任
我们努力确保 HIVOXTOK 可靠，但无法保证不间断可用。HIVOXTOK 不是紧急服务的替代品。在法律允许的范围内，我们对间接损害或用户之间发送的内容不承担责任。
7. 变更
我们可能会更新这些条款。如有重大变更，我们会提前通过应用或电子邮件通知您。
8. 适用法律
本条款受捷克共和国法律管辖。此规定不影响您作为消费者依据本国法律享有的任何权利。
